Each retreat is a little different, but you can expect lodging, a specially designed project, delicious meals and treats along the way, and planned excursions. You’ll also go home with yarn and a few thoughtful surprises. The details, including any transportation we provide, are listed on each retreat’s page. Getting to and from the retreat is up to you.
-
You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable knitting. Our projects are designed for knitters who know the basics and enjoy a little something new, and we’re always nearby if you have questions. If you can knit, purl, and follow a pattern, you’ll do great.
-
Absolutely. Many guests come solo, and our small groups make it easy to settle in and make friends. Our motto is “no knitter left behind,” so everyone is made to feel part of the group from the moment they arrive.
-
Small on purpose. Our small groups make it easy to connect, get around together, and enjoy things larger groups can’t. Each retreat page lists its group size.
-
Every retreat has its own kind of lodging, chosen to fit the trip. Room options vary, so each retreat’s page has the details.
-
Visit the retreat’s page, complete the registration form, and pay your deposit. Your spot is secured once we receive both. The deposit amount is listed on each retreat’s page.
-
Travel knitting, naturally! Add comfy clothes and your favorite knitting tools, and you’re nearly set. We’ll send you an email before the retreat with the full list, so no packing panic.
-
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel before your retreat’s balance due date, we’ll refund any payments beyond your deposit. After that date, payments are non-refundable unless we can fill your spot. See our Terms & Cancellation page for the full details.
-
Yes! It’s your retreat. We leave plenty of open time in the day, so join in on everything we have planned, or step away for a break or some solo time whenever you like. We knit, explore, and relax, and everyone gets to do the last one their own way.
