Terms & Cancellation Policy

Registration and Payment
To reserve your spot, a $500 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due by the date listed on each retreat’s page. Your registration is complete once we receive your deposit and your registration form.

Deposits and Guest Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel before your retreat’s final balance due date, we’ll refund any payments you’ve made beyond your deposit. After the balance due date, all payments are non-refundable and any unpaid balance remains due, unless we’re able to fill your spot. If we do, we’ll refund what we can after covering any costs we’ve already committed to.

Individual retreats may have their own terms on their registration page. Where they differ from this page, the registration page terms apply to that retreat.

If We Need to Cancel
If Ewe & Me Retreats cancels a retreat, we will refund or credit toward a future retreat whatever portion of your payment we’re able to recover from our vendors. Costs we’ve already committed to that can’t be recovered, such as lodging or venue deposits, may not be refundable.

Travel and Liability
Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from the retreat, and for their own health, safety, and belongings during it. Participation in all retreat activities is at your own risk. Ewe & Me Retreats, LLC is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations, injuries, or lost or damaged property. We encourage you to consider travel insurance.

Health and Comfort
Please tell us in advance about any allergies, dietary needs, or mobility concerns so we can do our best to accommodate you. We’ll keep this information private and use it only to plan the retreat. Some locations have stairs, shared bathrooms, or walking excursions, so please review each retreat’s page, and check with your doctor if you’re unsure about taking part.

Photos
We take photos during our retreats and may use them on our website, blog, and social media. By registering, you give us permission to use photos that include you. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, please tell us at registration.

A Respectful Retreat for Everyone
We want this to be a wonderful experience for the whole group. Ewe & Me Retreats reserves the right to ask a guest to leave a retreat without refund in the case of unsafe or disruptive behavior.
