A Few Things to Know Before You Reserve

We're so excited to have you join us in Pittsburgh! Before you reserve your spot, here are a few details we ask you to read and keep in mind:

Deposits & Payments
Your $500 deposit secures your spot in this small-group retreat and is non-refundable, as it goes directly toward reserving your space, lodging, and planning. The remaining balance is due by February 1, 2027. If your plans change after that date, we're happy to help you find someone to take your spot if possible, but refunds can't be guaranteed.

Travel & Personal Responsibility
Getting to and from Pittsburgh is on you — we recommend booking flexible travel when possible. Once here, we've got excursions and transportation covered for our planned activities, but please note that participation in all retreat activities (including transportation, excursions, and free time) is at your own risk, and Ewe & Me Retreats is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the retreat.

Health & Comfort
If you have any allergies, mobility needs, or other considerations we should know about, please let us know in the notes section below — we want everyone to have a wonderful time.

Photos & Sharing
Ewe & Me Retreats may take photos during the retreat for use on our website and social media. Let us know in the notes if you'd prefer not to be included.

A Respectful Retreat for Everyone
We want this to be a wonderful experience for the whole group. Ewe & Me Retreats reserves the right to ask a guest to leave the retreat without refund in the case of unsafe or disruptive behavior.

If We Need to Cancel
In the unlikely event Ewe & Me Retreats must cancel, we will refund or credit toward a future retreat whatever portion of your payment we're able to recover from our vendors. Non-recoverable costs already committed on your behalf (such as lodging or venue deposits) may not be refundable.
